Vernon L. Sheen, DMD: Your Dentist in Annapolis, MD
Dr. Vernon Sheen is a general dentist in Annapolis, Maryland. Since 1991, he has provided patients in Annapolis with comprehensive dentistry service including excellent preventive care, cosmetic dentistry and restorative dental treatments.
Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Dr. Sheen graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 1990. Shortly thereafter, he relocated to Annapolis, Maryland and opened The Annapolis Center for Dental Health & Wellness.
Continuing education is a personal goal of Dr. Sheen. Since his graduation, he has logged in over a thousand hours of continuing education including, but not limited to, cosmetic dentistry, implantology, periodontal therapy, TMJ disorders and malocclusion. He is a graduate of the Pankey Institute, the Dawson Academy, the Spear Institute and the Kois Center. This ongoing education contributes greatly to furthering his clinical skills and maintaining his leadership in dentistry. He recently completed the Mastery Program through the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, earning him the designation of Qualified Dentist.
This knowledge will help him better treat patients diagnosed with Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Dr. Sheen was drawn to Annapolis by its history and all that that Chesapeake Bay has to offer. He is a graduate of Leadership Anne Arundel and is involved with various organizations around town. In his free time, I can be found racing on the Bay in a J105. His interests also include cooking, reading, and an occasional game of golf with friends.
